UCSA COWS CALL TO ARMS..

Another memorable day down at the Meadows over the weekend and a good crowd turned up to support the "Call to Arms."

Reggies had a good win 42-18 over the Norwest Polecats, while the Polecats got their revenge in First Grade 40-6.

There footy was impressive, but the best part of the day was the $1700 raised for the Call to Arms (Cancer Council) to help the fight to save men's lives from cancer.

Well done to all Cows and supporters.

This weekend sees the Cows taking on the Grizzlies in a fiery local derby at 1:30pm down at the UC Meadows.

The UCSA Cows have made it to the semi finals for the first time in the club's short history, after finishing in 4th position. The Cows are confident leading into the finals having beaten both Cumberland and Newcastle who finished 1st and 3rd respectively.

Up the road the ANU Grizzlies stormed home with some impressive victories and managed to squeeze into 5th position on the final regular season game last weekend.

Get there at 1pm to soak up the atmosphere and get yourself a good position on the hill.

The sun always shines for the Cows' big days, so come up and enjoy the UCU Bar, some delicious music and the biggest game of footy in the Uni's History.

After the game, students from both UC and ANU are invited back to the UNI PUB in CIVIC (Level 4) for cheap drinks starting at 9pm.

Wear Black, White and/or Pink to support the boys on Saturday.
